And recently, a unique Rolls from the early 60s was put up for sale. Again. Or once more. Because in 2020, it already ‘surfaced’ on platforms where cars are sold. True, if two years ago the retro car’s price was 150,000 euros, now the seller is asking for 350,000 dollars for the Silver Cloud III. The reason for such a sharp price jump is a rhetorical question. Sometimes the nuances of pricing are beyond understanding.
Let us remind you, this is not just a Rolls-Royce (although ‘just a Rolls-Royce’ already sounds impressive), but a creation of the Mulliner studio, which crafted an elegant American-style finned body.
Because of the characteristic shape of its headlights, it was nicknamed Chinese Eye. The interior of the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud is upholstered with leather and wood. Under the hood hides a 6.2-liter 220-horsepower V8, paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission.
