The Porsche 911 Turbo 964 is one of Porsche’s most recognizable and iconic sports cars. Despite its age (produced in the late 80s-early 90s), this model is highly valued among Porsche enthusiasts and car collectors. And judging by the photos, someone decided to make themselves an unforgettable gift under the Christmas tree…

According to the author of the photo, Roma Urraco, the car was brought to Kyiv. This means it might be seen on the streets of the capital, although unlikely this year, of course. One might say that this is a truly significant moment at the end of the year and a great addition to the ranking of the most expensive and rarest cars in Ukraine for 2021.

Porsche 911 Turbo (964 type) had a wider body with much more extended wheel arches compared to the Carrera models. Its rear wing was almost an exact copy of the Turbo 3.3 model G’s wing, while two oval exhaust pipes emphasized the car’s uniqueness. Exhaust gases were expelled only through the left pipe when the boost air control valve was open.

In the 1991-1992 model years, the Porsche 911 Turbo was equipped with a 3.3-liter turbocharged engine producing 320 hp. In the 1993 model year, it received a 3.6-liter engine developing 360 hp. One of the distinctive features of this modification was the red brake calipers. By the way, not everyone knows, but the Porsche 911 Turbo 964 type – except for the limited Cabriolet series – was only available in the Coupe modification.
In Europe, you can buy a Porsche 911 Turbo 964 for an average of 150 thousand euros. However, some examples are priced at 300 thousand! Who “brought” this masterpiece is unknown. But one can say for sure – this person has excellent automotive taste.
Let us remind you that this year, the most expensive Porsche supercar appeared in Ukraine.
