On a serious note, the fiercest Mustang Shelby with the KR suffix (King of the Road) promises to be incredibly extreme. Even a “regular” Shelby in unskilled hands can quickly turn into scrap metal, let alone a herd of nearly a thousand “horses” under the hood…
The model is dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Shelby American and, we are confident, will “fly off the shelves” in pre-orders alone. After all, it is essentially a collectible example that can simply be parked in a garage and sold for a much higher price in a couple of decades.
Unfortunately, beyond the power, nothing else is known. But let’s recall the dynamic characteristics of the “regular” 2022 GT500 model year – 3.7 seconds to 100 km/h. It is not hard to guess that the Shelby KR special version will be able to accelerate in about three seconds…
