The national network of filling stations “BRSM-NAFTA” traditionally held the “Day of Communication”, during which fifty management staff across Ukraine became operators and fuel attendants to communicate more closely with customers and receive feedback and suggestions for improving service quality.
Additionally, under the well-known fuel brand, a new format of complexes “Good market” was presented to Ukrainians – a full-fledged supermarket with a gas station. In the stores, you can find goods from the main food groups: dairy, meat products, vegetables, fruits, and a culinary department where you can purchase ready-made dishes of Ukrainian and European cuisine.
“BRSM-NAFTA employees at all levels focus on the efficiency of work execution and excellent product knowledge – both fuel and goods we offer. Quality and punctuality are the main components of the entire network’s reputation,” says Oleksandr Melnychuk, Director of the Strategic Marketing Department of the “BRSM-Nafta” network, who acted as a gas station attendant in Kyiv on that day, – “This project allows us not just to immerse ourselves in the epicenter of the everyday work atmosphere, we want the client to spend their time as productively as possible, so we combined a supermarket, cafe, and gas station in one location.”
As of today, the “Good Market” network has 5 market-complexes in the “3 in 1” format, although the number and range of products will increase.
The network plans to attract not only car enthusiasts but also regular shoppers with their public event.
“The “Day of Communication with Customers” is important in the strategic decision-making format of the network as it gives an understanding of all the nuances of the gas station’s work, needs of both employees and customers of filling stations.
Our project is an interesting format of sharing experience and live communication,” comments Vasyl Bikus, operating director of the “BRSM-NAFTA” gas station network.
The “Day of Communication with Customers” is being held for the sixth time in the “BRSM-Nafta” network, continuing to expand its coverage geography and the number of involved representatives.

“BRSM-NAFTA” has been operating in Ukraine’s retail oil market since 1992. Every day over 200,000 car owners across Ukraine use the services of gas stations. As of today, the network comprises 196 filling stations across Ukraine.
“BRSM-NAFTA” offers Ukrainian motorists quality fuel from leading European refineries: Orlen Lietuva (Lithuania), Rompetrol, OMV Petrom SA (Romania), GPZ “Belorusneft”, Mozyr and Novopolotsk refineries (Belarus).
