by MPs in Ukraine seem to have found an entire warehouse of inexpensive premium-class cars. Otherwise, how to explain that their declarations indicate very low car prices. Even salvage cars from the USA are not that cheap. MPs’ declarations for 2019 were studied in Censor.NET. It turned out that the MPs from the pro-government faction “Servant of the People” stood out the most.
In total, they bought 53 cars, with some at very attractive prices. 
– Porsche Cayenne 2011 in the declaration of Oksana Dmitrieva is priced at 100 thousand UAH (on the market, on average – 800 thousand UAH). 
– Jaguar XJ 2010 owned by Konstantin Kasai is valued at only 50 thousand UAH (on Auto.ria – 719 thousand UAH). 
– The price of Nissan Juke 2016 by Viktoriya Kinzburgska is 49 thousand UAH (on the market – 350 thousand UAH). 
– Vladimir Kozak acquired himself a high-performance BMW M135i 2013 for 50 thousand UAH, and a Mercedes GL350 CDI 2013 is registered to his wife for 100 thousand UAH (on the market – from 850 thousand up to 1.1 million UAH).
– Nikita Poturaev bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2017 for 149 thousand UAH this year (market value – 700 thousand UAH). 
– Galina Mikhailyuk declared a Jaguar F-Pace 2016 for 250 thousand UAH. Its actual cost is 980 thousand UAH. Interesting metamorphoses are noted not only with car prices but also with the cost of real estate in the declaration. For example, a cottage in Bukovel was estimated at only 14 thousand dollars.
Of course, the cost of property in declarations has been understated before, but this time it’s very evident.
