The 2020 Toyota RAV4 crossover will get its most powerful version. It will be presented on November 20 at the auto show in Los Angeles.
Notably, the top-of-the-line Toyota RAV4 Plug-In is a plug-in hybrid. Most likely, it will be equipped with a 2.5-liter gasoline four-cylinder engine and two electric motors. The exact power is still kept secret, but it is known that it will be significantly more than that of the 218-horsepower regular Toyota RAV4 hybrid.
It is also known that the Toyota crossover will receive a more capacious lithium-ion battery. It will be able to travel about 50 km in a fully electric mode. The plug-in hybrid can be distinguished from the standard 2020 Toyota RAV4 by its redesigned front end. In addition, the crossover has received special wheels.
