Let’s ponder a bit on the topic of the ideal car for Ukraine. Of course, the optimal choice would be an armored vehicle, but that is for the servants of the people. As for the people, they want a vehicle with the capacity of a minibus, the fuel consumption of a Smart, and the off-road capability of a Land Cruiser.
Does such a vehicle exist? In some sense, the ideal car for Ukraine is the new version of the Delica D:5 minivan, which Mitsubishi unfortunately produces only for the domestic market. However, who knows, perhaps one fine day this multifunctional vehicle will appear here.
So, what makes it good?
First, it can accommodate a large family or quickly pay off investments by working in Uklon. Second, thanks to the expeditionary box on the roof, it can carry even more junk. The third point is that although it’s a minivan, it is off-road capable and even has special off-road tires.
And finally, the last but not least is the engine; it’s a diesel and quite economical (up to 8-9 liters in the city). And although the Mitsubishi Delica D:5 is an acquired taste in appearance, we personally would be very interested to see such vehicles in real life on Ukrainian roads. Sorry, on Ukrainian potholes.
