The BMW X3 G01 lineup includes the powerful 360-horsepower M40i variant, however, it turns out that it will not be the top model. The first BMW X3 M is already being developed and its images have appeared on the Motor1 website.
The new BMW X3 M will be shown in the second half of 2019. Judging by the renders, it can be distinguished by its body kit, enlarged front intakes, and 20-inch alloy wheels. They also showed the digital dashboard of the BMW X3 M with special graphics.
In particular, the speedometer is marked up to 330 km/h.
Of course, the BMW X3 M 2020 won’t be able to reach such speeds – it will be limited to a top speed of 250 km/h. The powerful BMW crossover will be equipped with a three-liter turbo inline-six engine. It will develop 450 hp in standard form and 475 hp with the Competition package. The 8-speed automatic transmission and retuned all-wheel drive with active rear differential will also become standard.
The suspension will be revised and larger brakes will be installed.
