by The first video of the McLaren Speedtail coupe has appeared on the internet. The newest McLaren hypercar was filmed at the British company’s factory, and the chief designer Alex Alexiev got behind the wheel. 
Recall that the new McLaren Speedtail is the successor to the legendary McLaren F1 and even retains its three-seat layout with the steering wheel in the center. The streamlined car is positioned as a high-speed touring hypercar. 
The McLaren coupe features a hybrid powertrain consisting of a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 and an electric motor.
Together, they develop 1050 hp and allow accelerating up to 402 km/h.

The McLaren Speedtail’s construction uses titanium and innovative flexible carbon. Features include a virtual instrument panel, cameras instead of rearview mirrors, air suspension, and carbon-ceramic brakes. 
A total of 106 McLaren Speedtails will be built—the same number as F1. All of them have already been sold at a price of $2.1 million, but the first cars will only be delivered to customers in 2020.
