by Photos from the closed presentation of Ferrari Monza SP1 and SP2 have leaked online. Ferrari’s track supercars are arguably the most unusual production models of the Italian brand in its entire history. 
The new Ferrari Monza looks like racing sport prototypes of the 50s. Of course, the Italian brand had more than one such racing model — just the Ferrari Testa Rossa 1957 is worth mentioning. But even 60 years ago they did not dare to release it in series.
The cars differ only in the number of seats. The Ferrari Monza SP1 is a single-seater roadster, while the SP2 is a two-seater. They are based on the supercar Ferrari 812 Superfast, from which they will also borrow the 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12. 
Let’s recall, in the Ferrari 812 this engine develops 800 hp and allows acceleration to 100 km/h in 2.9 sec and to reach a top speed of 340 km/h. However, for the Ferrari Monza V12 they might make even more powerful.
The limited edition Ferrari supercar will be showcased at the Paris Motor Show. Only 200 Ferrari Monzas will be produced.
