Ford is concluding production of the GT Mk IV racing version, intended exclusively for tracks. The last available cars can be ordered until October 15th. This model is equipped with a powerful 3.8-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 engine that produces over 820 horsepower.
Created in collaboration with Multimatic Motorsports, the GT Mk IV has a unique design and aggressive aerodynamic body kit. Thanks to a large front splitter, dive planes, and a rear wing, the car generates over 1089 kg of downforce at a speed of 241 km/h.
The interior has also been redesigned: steering wheel, minimalist door panels, additional displays, and a safety cage. The suspension is specifically tuned for the track with adaptive Multimatic dampers.
Exclusive Terms for Buyers
Of the 67 planned cars, most have already found their owners. For those who manage to order by October 15th, Ford offers a unique experience: a private track day with team support, a test drive with pilot Scott Maxwell, and personal training from professional racers.
The GT Mk IV will become the final chapter in the history of the modern track version of the legendary Ford GT, which already ended production of the road version several years ago.
