Brabus turned a shooting brake into a convertible, which already had an open-top version

BRABUS presents an exclusive version of the Mercedes-AMG SL 63 S

BRABus, the renowned tuning atelier, has created a special modification of the Mercedes-AMG SL 63 S called the Rocket GTC DEEP RED. This model is intended for those who aspire to stand out even among the most exclusive automobiles.

Power and technical specifications

Beneath the custom bodywork lies the heart of a Mercedes-AMG SL 63 S Performance. In its standard version, it produces 805 horsepower, but BRABus never leaves the mechanics without improvements. After modifications, the twin-turbo V8 develops 985 hp and an incredible 1,817 Nm of torque.

BRABus reports that due to the high torque figures, an electronic limiter has been installed to protect the components. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 2.6 seconds, and the top speed reaches 317 km/h.

Exterior and design

Every body element is individually manufactured for this model. Unique front fenders with aerodynamic channels, sculpted rear fenders that seamlessly flow into the spoiler – all of this creates a stunning appearance.

The name DEEP RED comes from the tinted carbon fiber used on all panels. This same motif is present on the BRABus wheels with red carbon inserts.

Interior and features

The most astonishing part of the design is that the carbon body is not the only extreme element. The Rocket GTC is a convertible version of a shooting brake, which, in turn, was based on a convertible. This model develops the idea of the Rocket GTS but with a completely absent roof.

The interior is executed in a bright red color scheme. Most surfaces are leather, with small inserts of foam, plastic, carbon fiber, and metal elements.

Price and availability

For a modest sum of €697,800 (approximately $810,000), one can become the owner of a BRABus Rocket GTC DEEP RED. This price underscores that a standard AMG might not be exclusive enough for some.

This model demonstrates how BRABus continues to push the boundaries of automotive design and engineering, offering clients unique solutions that combine power, style, and individuality. Such projects often become benchmarks for the industry, influencing trends in tuning and sports cars.
