This rugged electric Renault 5 is set to become a reality

Delta 4×4 reimagines the Renault 5 in an off-road style

Tuning company Delta 4×4 has presented a concept for an off-road version of the Renault 5 electric hatchback. Instead of a city car, engineers have created a vehicle inspired by rally models, with increased ground clearance and aggressive design. The main changes include:

Style and technical features

The concept received a bright design with a combination of yellow, turquoise, pink, and black colors. Despite the aggressive look, the car retains the standard Renault 5 electric powertrain with a single motor producing up to 217 hp in the top version.

The available 52 kWh battery provides a range of up to 400 km, but the real figure will be lower due to additional equipment and tires

For now, the project remains a concept, but Delta 4×4 is considering the possibility of releasing a conversion kit for serial models. The company is ready to discuss details with potential clients who dream of a compact electric off-roader.

This project demonstrates how modern electric vehicles can adapt to different lifestyles. The Renault 5, which was initially developed as urban transport, in the Delta 4×4 version gets a completely new identity while retaining its environmental advantages. Similar concepts could find their buyer among outdoor enthusiasts looking for an alternative to traditional off-road vehicles.
