The Most Futuristic BMW Model Now Looks Even More Unusual

Updated BMW CE 04 for 2025

Since its debut in 2021, the BMW CE 04 has impressed with its futuristic design, which resembled movie props more than a conventional scooter. In 2025, the model received an update, but its unique style remained almost unchanged. The manufacturer introduced three variants, each with its own features.

The base Basic version is finished in Lightwhite with a black-and-gray seat and a transparent windscreen. The Avantgarde received a matte blue metallic paint with yellow accents, a tinted windscreen, and laser engraving on the rear wheel. The most premium Exclusive trim offers a silvery color, a larger windscreen, heated seats and grips, and exclusive upholstery.

Technical Specifications

Under the hood (or rather, under the plastic), the CE 04 remains the same: an 8.9 kWh battery and a 42 hp electric motor (there is also a 31 hp version). The range is up to 130 km, and acceleration to 50 km/h takes just 2.6 seconds. Charging from a standard outlet will take 4 hours and 20 minutes, while using a fast charger with a power of 6.9 kW reduces the time to 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Standard equipment includes an ABS system, LED lighting, and a 10.25-inch display. Automatic stability control and a dynamic traction control system can be ordered as options. Three riding modes are available, allowing the scooter to be adapted to different road conditions.

The BMW CE 04 continues to be one of the most unusual electric scooters on the market, combining high technology with bold design. Its 2025 update has made the model even more attractive to those looking for not just a means of transport, but a stylish urban accessory. The growing popularity of electromobility among two-wheeled vehicles indicates that such models will become increasingly common in the coming years.
