by Nissan introduces powerful Armada NISMO for 2026
Nissan has announced a new sporty version of its full-size Armada SUV. The 2026 model has received significant updates that concern not only the exterior but also the technical part.
Under the hood, the NISMO version now features a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine with 460 hp, which is 35 hp more than the standard model. The car also received an updated exhaust system, an active engine sound enhancement system, and a sportier suspension.
Design and Interior
The exterior of the Armada NISMO stands out with an aggressive design: a new grille, spoilers, red accents, and 22-inch alloy wheels. Exclusive colors are available, such as NISMO Stealth Gray.
The interior is trimmed in black leather with red inserts, features aluminum pedals, a sport steering wheel with a red stripe, and adjustable seat side bolsters. Multicolor ambient lighting is additionally installed.

In addition to the sport version, the regular Armada PRO-4X now offers an option with second-row captain’s chairs. The new model is expected to go on sale in the fall of 2025.
The Armada NISMO updates demonstrate the growing competition in the large SUV market.
