The popularity of residential complexes connected to the auto industry is rapidly growing. Aston Martin, Bentley, Mercedes, and Pagani already have their residences in Miami, and similar projects are appearing in Dubai and Andalusia, Spain.
The trend has gained such momentum that tuning ateliers have joined it. Brabus Island in the Al Seef area of Abu Dhabi was recently announced, which will include 100 individual villas and 350 luxury apartments in four high-rise buildings.
Now Mansory is also joining this direction by entering into a partnership with developer Amaal. So far, the project details remain unknown, but brand representatives promise that it will set a new standard for ultra-luxury living in Dubai.
The company noted that it will transfer its unique style to the premium housing sector, creating spaces where sophistication and boldness are combined, and every element emphasizes individuality and high standards.
Although information is still scarce, it is known that the Amaal 8 project in Mohammed Bin Rashid City will include 512 residences with one to four bedrooms, distributed across 48 floors.
Completion of construction is scheduled for the end of 2027. Individual buyers will gain access to a VIP garage in the form of a showroom with the most modern security system and direct access to the penthouse elevators. Residents and guests will enjoy numerous amenities: gyms, an infinity pool, a spa center, a cinema, a restaurant, a bar, mini-golf, and simulators for golf and motorsports.
