Luxury Penthouses at Pagani Residences
The Pagani Residences complex, located in North Bay Village, Florida, features two exclusive penthouses. Their cost reaches approximately $30 million, with a total area of up to 12,200 square feet. Each one comes with a unique Pagani Utopia Roadster Miami Edition automobile.
Architecture and Design
The penthouses occupy the 28th and 29th floors, combining architectural innovations with Italian art. They are equipped with 13-foot high ceilings, a private elevator, and spacious terraces with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Miami. The interiors feature light oak parquet with metal inlays, travertine on the second floor, and elegant spiral staircases with white lacquered metal details.
Interior and Amenities
The kitchens are equipped with Gaggenau appliances and Schiffini Magistretti furniture. Owners can choose the type of flooring, but both penthouses have a special wall for storing 365 bottles of wine. The bathrooms feature travertine with Pagani’s signature design, as well as Gessi Cesello plumbing and shower systems with a massage function.
Differences Between the Penthouses
The $30 million penthouse has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, and its total area is 12,200 square feet, of which over 5,200 is open space. The smaller option for $28.5 million occupies 10,700 square feet, with 6,100 being interior space, and includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Exclusive Benefits for Owners
In addition to luxurious housing, buyers receive a Pagani Utopia Roadster Miami Edition car, personally designed by Horacio Pagani. Its design is inspired by the marine and sky hues of Miami. A private trip to Modena, Italy, is also provided to visit the Horacio Pagani Museum, the Atelier studio, and for a personal meeting with the brand’s founder. Additionally, owners can use a private garage in the complex, however, this service is not included in the cost of the housing.
Complex Infrastructure
Residents have access to various amenities, including a gym, spa, relaxation area, and a rooftop with a pool, cabanas, and contrast baths.
This project demonstrates how luxury car brands are expanding their presence in the real estate market, offering clients not only unique products but also a holistic lifestyle. Such initiatives are becoming increasingly popular among the wealthiest buyers who seek exclusivity in everything – from transportation to their place of residence.
