by The Ukrainian car market is gradually returning to pre-war levels. According to the analysis by AUTO-Consulting, the last months of 2025 show dynamics close to the statistics of 2021.
In October 2025, 8,003 new cars were sold, while in October 2021 the figure was 8,024 units. In November, sales increased to 8,534 cars, which is only slightly less compared to 8,819 units in November 2021.
For December, sales of about 10,000 cars are forecasted, and this almost matches the result of the last month of 2021, when 10,594 new cars were sold.
Thus, the finish of 2025 in terms of sales rhythm repeats the situation of 2021. At the same time, the difference is noticeable in the total annual volumes: in 2021, the market reached 103,604 cars sold, while in 2025, about 81,000 are expected. The reason lies in the weak start of the year – in the first months, sales showed a significant decline, and only by the end of the year did the market begin to recover.
