For comparison, over the entire year of 2025, such changes in declarations were noted by 26 parliamentarians. The most expensive purchase was the premium electric crossover ZEEKR 9X Ultra, and the most affordable was a 2008 Nissan X-Trail. This is reported by OBOZ.UA.
Which cars did MPs buy in 2026: top most expensive
The largest expenditure on a car was declared by Yuriy Shapovalov, a representative of the deputy group “For the Future”. His declaration states the purchase of a 2026 ZEEKR 9X Ultra worth UAH 5.7 million.
The second most expensive purchase was a 2024 BMW i7 xDrive60, which Serhiy Taruta bought for UAH 4.8 million. Although the car was purchased at the end of December 2025, information about it appeared in the NACP register already in January 2026.
The top three also included a 2026 Volkswagen Touareg, which Valeriy Bozhyk purchased for UAH 3.6 million. Maryna Nikitina spent over UAH 2 million on a 2025 Volvo XC40 crossover.
Cars of people’s deputies in 2026: which brands were chosen most often
The most popular brands among parliamentarians were Toyota and Volvo. The declarations recorded four Toyota cars of different models and three Volvo cars.

The smallest amount for a car was declared by people’s deputy Mykola Stefanchuk, who purchased a 2008 Nissan X-Trail for UAH 300,000.
The authors of the study also note that some people’s deputies use cars registered to family members or controlled companies. Such vehicles may not appear in notifications of significant changes in property status if the ownership is registered to another person.
