The front-wheel-drive Alfa Romeo 33 was introduced in 1983 as a successor to the Alfasud model. The car has an angular design typical of those years.

The insert depicts the car in the charged 1985 QV version with a body kit, 14-inch wheels, and sports seats. It is equipped with a 1.5-liter 105 hp engine, although later, more powerful 1.7-liter four-cylinders with 118-137 hp appeared in the line. A feature of Alfa Romeo cars of those years was the flat-four engines. Additionally, the 33 was the first model of the brand available with all-wheel drive.

Over 12 years, more than a million Alfa Romeo 33s were produced, which is a good indicator for the Italian brand. Many parts of the model were later used in its successor, the Alfa Romeo 145.
