In the US, an unusual retro car was put up for sale on an online auction, very reminiscent of the 1937 Bugatti 57 Corsica coupe. The starting price of the Bugatti is $27,500.
This wonder device is called the Corvette Bella Elan. The name hints that the Bugatti replica is built on the chassis of a 1998 Chevrolet Corvette. Although even on detailed inspection, it is not visible, as the design is maintained in the spirit of the 30s.
At the same time, the doors, roof, and interior parts were borrowed from the first generation Audi TT. The taillights were taken from the 1959 Corvette, and the chrome bumpers were from the 1937 Chevrolet Master.
The interior decor combines leather and wood, drawing attention to the retro-style steering wheel. The Corvette Bella Elan is equipped with power seats, air conditioning, cruise control, and an audio system.
Under the long hood hides a 5.7-liter V8 Corvette engine with 345 hp. It is paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission.
