by American customizer Larry Grobe from Voodoo Larry Kustoms took on an unusual challenge. He committed to modifying a car for the Old School Show in two days. 
Such challenges are not exactly rare. However, in this case, the task is interesting because the project is based on a humpback Zaporozhets. 
Yes, indeed, the American decided to turn the ZAZ-965 into a lowered custom.
The roof was lowered by 10 cm at the front and 20 cm at the back, and the rear pillars were inclined more. In addition, the rear wheel arches were covered with overlays. 
Completing it in just two days was, of course, not possible, but the Zaporozhets did transform into an American-style coupe. Upon completion, the hot rod ZAZ will look very impressive. By the way, the humpback, which was crossbred with a British sports car, looks no less striking.
