Two cars owned by Donald Trump are up for auction. Given recent events, there is currently increased interest in them.
It’s not surprising: Trump’s second impeachment and the events in Washington leading up to it have been top news. It seems someone decided to capitalize on this and make a good profit.
At the very least, the prices for the cars are seriously inflated.
For instance, the 2007 Ferrari F430 is expected to fetch between 400,000 and 500,000 dollars, although it cost about half that amount when new.
As a side note, in 2017 it was listed for $240,000. This 490-horsepower car features a tuned exhaust and has only 11,100 km on it.
The 2010 Rolls-Royce Phantom, on the other hand, has traveled 91,250 km – Donald Trump used it much more frequently. The luxurious car is expected to fetch 300,000-400,000 dollars – again, significantly above the average market price.
Interestingly, Trump’s car features special black chameleon paint – its shades change when viewed from different angles. In addition, the millionaire ordered an optional starlight headliner.
By the way, Donald Trump’s cars appear at auctions quite often. His exclusive limousine and a Mercedes-Benz roadster have been sold before.
