Chevrolet has introduced a new special edition of the S10 pickup in Brazil. The S10 100 Years features a new bumper, black decals, and an upgraded suspension. Only 100 of these vehicles will be produced, and they will be available exclusively in the Brazilian market. Chevrolet is celebrating the centennial of the S10 pickup model. The vehicle has received exterior updates and an improved suspension.
Only 100 units will be manufactured, and all of them will be available solely in Brazil. The design of the 100 Years Special Edition stands out with several noticeable changes, starting with a new front bumper that now includes an additional set of LEDs. Other updates include a sporty hood instrument panel and a roll bar with handles painted in the body color. The model is finished in an exclusive Dunas White color, complemented by mountain decals and black accents. The special edition is based on the highly specialized Z71 equipment package for the midsize pickup, which includes all the standard features one would expect, such as an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, an 11-inch touchscreen display, wireless charging, and a full suite of ADAS driver assistance systems.
Additionally, the vehicle features upgraded upholstery with red stitching on the seats, which contrasts with the red accents on the dashboard. One of the key features of the 100 Years Edition is its suspension, which has been upgraded by off-road specialists from Ironman. Modified springs and shock absorbers at the front and leaf springs at the rear have increased the ground clearance by 30 mm (1.2 inches). This makes the S10 more suitable for off-road driving, especially with 18-inch wheels wrapped in Scorpion Plus All-Terrain tires. The engine remains the same 2.8-liter four-cylinder, producing 204 hp (152 kW / 207 PS) and 510 Nm (376 lb-ft) of torque.
While the engine itself hasn’t undergone significant changes, it received updates last year to improve performance and fuel efficiency, thanks to AI-based calibration. For 2026, GM has also added an additional filter designed to reduce harmful emissions by up to 84%. The Chevrolet S10 100 Years Edition is already available for order in Brazil at a price of 325,690 R$ (equivalent to approximately $57,300 at the current exchange rate). Only 100 units will be produced at the plant in São José dos Campos, so if you want one, act fast. Additionally, Chevrolet plans to release special editions of the Onix subcompact hatchback and Tracker SUV in the near future.
