by An interesting promotion was conducted by a Volkswagen dealership in the American state of New Jersey. As reported by SpeedMe, the dealership decided to sell cars for only 1 dollar. And no, we are not talking about cars affected by Dieselgate. 
The unique promotion was applied only to three cars – a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta, a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer, and a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage (obviously referring to cars traded in). To buy a car for 1 dollar, it was necessary to arrive at the dealership and be the first to sit behind the wheel of the chosen car.
Of course, such a promotion gathered a crowd of eager participants early in the morning – even before the showroom opened. And the first three lucky people in line indeed purchased a car for 1 dollar.
