BMW has prepared a special gift for the legendary motorcycle champion Valentino Rossi for his 46th birthday. The company introduced the limited edition M4 CS Edition VR46 in two variants: VR46 Sport and VR46 Style. Each is limited to only 46 units, corresponding to Rossi’s racing number.
The cars feature unique designs. The VR46 Sport has a base color of Marina Bay Blue with large “46” numbers in Tanzanite Blue and yellow accents. The VR46 Style, on the other hand, is finished in Frozen Tanzanite Blue with numbers in Frozen Marina Bay Blue. Both versions feature Rossi’s signature and the VR46 logo on the carbon roof.
Technology and exclusive features
The special paint job took 20 hours per car. The interior also received yellow-blue accents and individual “1/46” plaques. Although the technical specifications remain standard for the M4 CS (542 hp), buyers will receive a unique experience: a meeting with Rossi at his VR46 Motor Ranch in Italy and the opportunity to test BMW M models on the Misano circuit.
This project is a true tribute to the motorsport icon. The limited production and personalized elements make these cars not just vehicles but collectible items for fans of the legendary number 46.
