The first local hypercar was presented in Bulgaria – Alieno Arcanum. The little-known company managed to truly surprise the automotive community.
The Bulgarian hypercar in design very much resembles Lamborghini Veneno and Aventador. The car attracts attention with its carbon body and sizable rear fin.
However, the new Alieno Arcanum surprises in another way. Firstly, it is an electric vehicle, and secondly, its power is simply insane. Even the basic version develops 2610 hp and possesses a massive torque of 4440 N∙m.
Additionally, there will be 3482, 4351, and 5221 hp options. In the latter case, a total of 24 electric motors work (6 per wheel), and the torque reaches an incredible 8800 N∙m.
That is, we have before us the most powerful car in the world, surpassing even the Arab hypercar Devel Sixteen. According to the creators’ calculations, the flagship version should reach 487 km/h! To decelerate effectively, they plan to install a braking parachute.
The Bulgarian electric car will be offered in three versions – road, track, and racing. Alieno Arcanum is planned to be showcased at the 24-hour Le Mans race.
The electric hypercar will be equipped with lithium-ion batteries with capacities ranging from 60 to 180 kWh. The most advanced version will be able to travel 1020 km on a single charge.
It’s also known that the Alieno Arcanum will receive an active suspension with adjustable ground clearance, adaptive shock absorbers, and autopilot. Orders for the Bulgarian hypercar are already being accepted: the base version costs 750,000 euros, while the top version is 1.5 million. Building the first cars will take from 18 to 30 months.
