God, this hypercar with a V12 delivers 2127 horsepower to the rear wheels only

New company Giamaro Automobili introduced two powerful models

The newly arrived company Giamaro Automobili has presented two unique cars: the Katla and the Albor. The Katla is a street hypercar, while the Albor is inspired by rally models. Both versions are equipped with a 7.0-liter V12 engine with four turbos, delivering up to 2127 hp.

The Katla impresses with its technical specifications. Depending on the modification, it can produce between 1647 and 2127 hp and a torque of up to 2008 Nm. The engine is paired with a seven-speed gearbox, but the most surprising aspect is that the power is delivered exclusively to the rear wheels. The company also announced that an 11-speed dual-clutch transmission is under development.

Design and technology

Externally, the Katla looks like a typical supercar with a vented hood, LED headlights, and gull-wing doors. The car is equipped with 20- and 21-inch wheels, a powerful braking system, and an active rear spoiler. The interior is designed in an aviation-inspired style using aluminum, carbon fiber, and premium materials.

The Albor, unlike the Katla, features increased ground clearance and massive wings reminiscent of rally cars. It also uses the same platform and engine as the Katla but with a more aggressive design.

Both models demonstrate that Giamaro Automobili is betting on power and innovation. In an era where many manufacturers are transitioning to electric vehicles, the appearance of such cars with traditional engines seems bold. It is particularly impressive that the Katla weighs only 1450 kg despite housing a massive V12 under the hood.
