They plan to produce only 40 track coupe Bugatti Bolide. Of course, all of them are already sold out, despite the price of 4 million euros. The model is currently undergoing final tests.
The production Bugatti Bolide externally differs little from the concept car shown two years ago concept car. Changes have affected some parts of the car, such as the wheels or ventilation holes.
The Bolide is a relative of the Bugatti Chiron but differs significantly and is lighter by half a ton – 1450 kg. The coupe has a new carbon monocoque, and all body panels are different. A huge rear wing is installed at the back.
The power of the production model is less than that of the concept – the 8.0-liter W16 quad-turbo develops “only” 1600 hp, like the Bugatti Centodieci and Chiron Super Sport.
The dynamic characteristics are not disclosed, but the top speed will definitely exceed 400 km/h. Carbon-ceramic brakes with a diameter of 390 mm slow down the car.
