Dacia Logan update: what will change
Dacia is preparing an update for the third generation Logan, which has been in production since 2019. Although minor changes were already made in 2022, a more noticeable restyling is now expected. Among the key changes are updated front and rear lights, bumpers, as well as minor adjustments to the design of the radiator grille.
According to designer Nikita Chuyko, the front end will get a more balanced look thanks to a smaller grille, which will now be flush with the headlights. The LED daytime running lights will also be updated, and the fog lights will be moved higher on the bumper. The rear lights will likely also receive a new design.
Technical features
The mechanical part will remain unchanged: the Logan will continue to use the CMF-B platform from the Renault Group and a 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbo engine with up to 100 hp. Similar updates are expected for the Sandero and Jogger models, which are also preparing for a restyling.
Since this is only a minor update, the main focus will remain on visual changes aimed at a more modern look without radical changes to the design. The manufacturer seems to be betting on a recognizable design, complementing it with modern elements. Such updates allow the model to remain relevant in the market without significant investment in a full-fledged generation change.
