by A 1984 Lamborghini Countach supercar with an interesting history has been put up for sale in the USA. The car belongs to renowned racer Mario Andretti. 
Andretti is one of the most successful racers of all time. He won the 1978 Formula 1 Championship, became the IndyCar champion four times, and won in NASCAR. The American also loves Lamborghini supercars and has another Countach, as well as a Diablo, Murcielago, and Aventador in his collection.
This particular Lamborghini Countach 5000 S is equipped with a 5-liter carbureted V12 producing 380 hp. It accelerates to a hundred in 5.6 seconds and reaches speeds close to 300 km/h. 
Only 321 units of the Countach 5000 S version were produced, but Mario Andretti’s car is exclusive. The sides are adorned with stripes, and the racer left his autographs on the rearview mirrors. 
The Lamborghini supercar is in excellent condition, with a mileage of just 17,700 km.
You can buy the Lamborghini Countach for $499,000, which is not so expensive for the 5000 S model.
