by On Black Friday, the Verkhovna Rada indeed gave a gift to electric car enthusiasts. During the budget night, deputies supported the extension of benefits for electric cars in Ukraine, right up until December 31, 2022. 
236 parliamentarians voted for amendments to the law No. 9260 “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Certain Other Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of Administration and Review of Certain Tax Rates and Fees”, with the necessary 226. The new law maintains zero excise and VAT on electric cars for another four years.
As before, there will be no benefits for hybrids. So we are expecting the continuation of the electric car boom and new sales records.
