The fully electric CITROËN ë-C3 will be produced in Europe, with a starting price of 23,300 euros (range of 320 km), and from 2025 – ë-C3 with a range of 200 km, priced from 19,990 euros. ë-C3 offers a spacious interior for passenger comfort, a higher driver position (+100 mm compared to typical B-class hatchbacks), simplified cabin entry, increased ground clearance, and exterior protective overlays that can be personalized to suit customers’ tastes.

The new CITROËN ë-C3 surpasses its predecessor not only in body height, but also in ground clearance at 163 mm. This increased road clearance improves entry/exit angles, eases passage over speed bumps, light off-road terrain, or city curbs, providing more confidence while navigating potholes commonly found on suburban roads. Additionally, the New CITROËN ë-C3 allows for easy transport of various luggage and items: storage compartments in door panels, shelves on the central console and in the armrest area, as well as a convenient place for wireless charging (standard for the ‘Max’ equipment package). The 310-liter trunk will be sufficient for typical daily trips: to the store, to work, etc.

• An 83 kW (113 hp) electric motor provides sufficient power and torque – for daily city trips as well as long suburban journeys; the 44 kW*h battery capacity provides a range of up to 320 km under WLTP measurement cycle rules.
• Fast direct current charging with a power of 100 kW allows recharging the battery capacity from 20% to 80% in just 26 minutes.

The new energy- and cost-effective platform is specifically designed for BEV electric vehicles (Battery Electric Vehicle) and utilizes an LFP (Lithium Ferro Phosphate) battery with a capacity of 44 kW*h – this is sufficient for a range of up to 320 km under the WLTP measurement cycle rules. Meanwhile, the ‘fast charge’ function with a direct current power of 100 kW allows recharging the battery from 20% to 80% of its capacity in just 26 minutes.
Standard alternating current charging from 20% to 80% takes 4 hours 10 minutes (7 kW power) or 2 hours 50 minutes (11 kW power). Access to alternating current charging stations, both at home and public charging stations, is made very simple – all thanks to the use of a standard cable and a Mode 3 type charging port. This is the ideal solution for regularly recharging the battery at home using a wallbox charging block, as well as at public charging stations. Since this cable and charging port are compatible with both a single-phase charging station with a power of up to 7.4 kW and a three-phase charging station with a power of up to 11 kW.
With an 83 kW or 113 hp electric motor and an automatic electric-mechanical transmission (reducer for the electric motor with a control selector), the New CITROËN ë-C3 accelerates from 0-100 km/h in approximately 11 seconds and offers a maximum speed of 135 km/h.

Currently, the Ukrainian representation of the CITROËN Brand is working on the introduction of this novelty in Ukraine. The New CITROËN ë-C3 will arrive on the Ukrainian market by mid-2024. Importantly, Ukrainian customers will also be offered a petrol version of the New CITROËN C3.
