This American Supercar Has 1100 Horsepower and a Manual Transmission, But It Was Almost Forgotten

Rare American Falcon F7 Supercar with 1100 HP

Not all supercars with over 1000 horsepower come from the world’s automotive giants. The Falcon F7 is a unique American project that combines extreme performance with mechanical simplicity. This hand-built car, created by Falcon Motorsports, offers a driving experience that is hard to find in modern digital supercars.

Initially, the F7 received a naturally aspirated LS7 V8 engine with 629 HP, but this particular unit was modified by the tuning company Lingenfelter. An installed twin-turbo system increased the output to an impressive 1100 HP – more than the legendary Corvette ZR1.

Technical Features and Design

The car, weighing only 1270 kg, is equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission with a characteristic “gated” shifter. Such a combination of power and lightness promises incredible driving sensations. The package includes 20-inch Forgeline wheels, Penske shock absorbers, Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, and an aluminum chassis.

The exterior is made entirely of carbon fiber and is currently protected by a silver wrap. The interior combines black and red leather with carbon fiber inserts. As in many supercars, the roof here is removable – for a sense of open space.

“Only seven such cars were built, making the Falcon F7 one of the rarest American sports cars of recent years”

This particular unit has only 1700 miles on the odometer and is in excellent condition. Despite its impressive technical characteristics, the Falcon F7 remains little-known even among car enthusiasts. Its design combines aggressive lines with the classic proportions of mid-engine supercars, and the interior, although not as refined as that of its European competitors, impresses with its attention to detail.

For collectors and fans of unique cars, the Falcon F7 is a real find. Its combination of extreme power, manual transmission, and limited production makes it one of the most interesting representatives of niche automotive culture. It is worth noting that, unlike many modern supercars, this model lacks complex electronic driver assistance systems, which makes driving even more authentic – and, likely, more challenging.
