This concept could become Kia’s coolest mystery

Kia is testing the new K4 wagon in Europe

The Kia K4, which replaces the Forte in the North American market, has quickly gained popularity. In January of this year, it became one of the brand’s best-selling models in the U.S., second only to the Sportage in April. The sedan and hatchback are noted for their stylish design and affordable price, but soon Kia plans to expand the lineup with an even more practical version for select markets.

Fresh spy photos from Europe show the K4 wagon under camouflage. Although the body shape is hidden, it is clear that the model will retain the sporty sloping roof and stylish appearance, despite the increased trunk space.

The rear door handles are located on the C-pillar, just like the sedan and hatchback, and the LED taillights with distinctive elements are visible through the camouflage.

It is still unknown whether the K4 wagon will appear in the U.S., but its launch is planned for Europe. There, it will replace the Ceed model and appeal to wagon enthusiasts. Electric versions are not expected—the EV3 will handle that segment. European buyers will likely have the option of 1.6-liter hybrid engines.

Kia continues to expand its lineup, offering different body types for different markets. The K4 wagon could be a great option for those who value space without sacrificing design. The official presentation is expected to take place by the end of the year.
