New Hot Wheels set with three iconic Hondas
For Honda fans who love collectible models, a special gift is in store. This summer, a new Hot Wheels set will be released, featuring three legendary sports cars from the Japanese brand. All of them are finished in the unique Championship White color. The set will cost around $30, but it can already be pre-ordered for $64.99.
The most notable model in the collection is the 2003 Honda NSX-R. This version was only available in Japan and featured numerous performance upgrades. The car received carbon fiber panels, eliminated unnecessary components like power steering, and was equipped with lightweight Recaro seats made of carbon fiber and Kevlar. While Honda claimed 290 hp, the actual power output of the 3.2L V6 engine was higher.

Other models in the set
In addition to the NSX-R, the set includes the 1999 Honda Civic Type R (EK9) with a 1.6L engine producing 182 hp. Also featured is a special 20th-anniversary version of the S2000, which was initially a prototype but later offered as an upgrade package for owners.
This set is a fantastic opportunity to own three Honda icons in one collection. Additionally, a branded truck is included, making the set even more valuable for collectors.
For many Honda enthusiasts, these models are not just toys but symbols of an entire era in the automotive industry. The NSX, Civic Type R, and S2000 remain benchmarks of engineering excellence, and their Hot Wheels releases allow fans to bring a piece of this history home. It’s especially interesting that all cars are finished in Honda’s classic racing color, emphasizing their sporting heritage.
