Exclusive Totem GT Super SP Model
The Italian manufacturer Totem Automobili, known for its luxurious restomods based on Alfa Romeo, has introduced a new model — the GT Super SP. This is a special version, with production limited to just ten units worldwide.
Technical Features
This model becomes the final chord in Totem’s niche of restomods, demonstrating how far one can go in modifying a classic Alfa Romeo.
Design and Exterior
Compared to the standard GT Super, the new SP version is 130 mm wider thanks to widened carbon fiber wheel arches. The exhaust system has been relocated from the rear to the sides in collaboration with the German specialist Capristo, which allowed for the creation of a new diffuser also made from carbon.
All body panels are made of carbon fiber, and the prototype features a deep burgundy hue with bronze accents on the headlights, grille, wheels, and other elements. This combines modernity with classic elegance.
Engineering Solutions and Interior
The company not only worked on the appearance but also completely redesigned the subframes, suspension geometry, and installed an electronically adjustable ORAM suspension. The V6 engine is equipped with individual throttle bodies, direct and port fuel injection systems.
The interior has also undergone changes: a new carbon fiber gearbox tunnel, bronze elements on the dashboard, a special steering wheel with a boost function, carbon fiber seats, and blue Alcantara throughout the cabin.
This car not only summarizes Totem’s experience in creating unique restomods but also sets a new standard for similar projects, combining high technology with the art of handcrafting. The limited series makes it even more desirable for collectors and enthusiasts of automotive classics.
