Shaquille O’Neal Adds a Custom Ram 1500 TRX to His Collection
Former basketball player Shaquille O’Neal, known for his love of custom cars, has added a new custom pickup truck, the Ram 1500 TRX, to his garage. The vehicle was reworked by specialists from Apocalypse6x6, Traffic Jams Motorsports, and Effortless Motors, creating the so-called ‘Super Truck’.
Although O’Neal could have ordered a 6×6 version, he opted for the classic four-wheel variant. However, the pickup received serious modifications:
A Luxurious Interior for a Basketball Legend
The car’s interior was completely redesigned for the 7’1″ (216 cm) height of the owner. The cabin is upholstered in bright red leather with embroidery, and a Rolls-Royce Starlight-style ceiling has been added. The steering wheel, dashboard, and doors also received new trim.
According to YouTuber Mr.Gotdamnit, the cost of this pickup reaches 3.5 million dollars, although the original version of the Super Truck from Apocalypse6x6 started at $159,999.
This project became the latest in a series of O’Neal’s unusual cars. He has previously ordered modified vehicles from West Coast Customs, adapted to his giant dimensions. The new Ram 1500 TRX stands out even against the backdrop of his previous cars – from the powerful engine to the armored body and luxurious interior. The price of 3.5 million seems inflated, but for the former NBA star, who prefers uniqueness at any cost, it may be a completely justified choice.
