This Mustang Eleanor Replica Is Valued at Over Half a Million Dollars

The Legendary Mustang Eleanor Returns

The famous Mustang Eleanor from the movie “Gone in 60 Seconds” is becoming the basis for a new limited release. Two American companies will jointly create 25 replicas of this iconic car for the 25th anniversary of the film starring Nicolas Cage. Previously, such projects could have led to lawsuits over copyrights, but now the situation has changed.

Technical Features and Options

The basis for the new Eleanor will be a restored 1967 Ford Mustang. The base version with a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine (480 hp) will cost about $500,000. For fans of extreme power, an 875-horsepower Aluminator V8 with a Whipple supercharger will be available for an additional $19,000. A Roush 427 engine with 550 hp is also offered.

The interior combines classic design with modern technology: keyless start, power accessories, and Bluetooth. The manufacturers have not yet announced exact start dates for deliveries, but each car is expected to be hand-assembled, which will take time.

This project is not just a replica, but an attempt to recreate the spirit of the original with modern technology. The cost and limited quantity make it a dream item for collectors and fans of movie cars.
