According to estimates, the base version of the Twingo EV will get a motor with a power of about 95 hp, providing a range of over 320 km. The model will be positioned as an affordable option among electric cars, competing with the Dacia Spring and BYD Dolphin.
The design of the new Twingo combines features of the 1993 original with modern technologies. Large headlights and compact dimensions make it recognizable on the road.
The interior will likely feature a digital instrument panel and a multimedia screen, as in the concept. The manufacturer promises a practical cabin, despite the compact external dimensions. Serial production is expected to begin next year.
