New Tuning Packages for Dacia Bigster from Carpoint
German dealer Carpoint has introduced two new tuning packages for the Dacia Bigster crossover, which recently joined the brand’s model range alongside the popular Duster. The packages are named Redust and offer a choice between enhanced off-road capability and a sporty road appearance.

Redust Concept
The new options continue the Redust concept, already tested on the Duster model. Both off-roaders share common design features, although the Bigster differs with a redesigned front bumper, a longer wheelbase, and a larger rear overhang.
Off-Road Kit
The most impressive is the Redust Offroad kit, which emphasizes the adventurous character of the Bigster. This set includes an aluminum roof rack with integrated LEDs, a vented hood, side steps, window decals, and a new set of 16-inch alloy wheels with off-road tires (235/65R16). Although the protective bars available for the Duster are absent here, buyers can order an additional suspension lift to increase ground clearance.
Sport Version
Redust Sport is focused on a road style. A key element is the set of 20-inch alloy wheels with a multi-spoke design and low-profile tires. These can be combined with a coilover suspension for a lower stance and improved handling. Other details include a decorative hood scoop and a glossy black finish for plastic elements, which complements the grille and roof.
Technical Aspects
The Redust packages focus solely on appearance and suspension, with no changes to performance. They can be installed on any of the available powertrains for the Bigster, including the new 152 hp hybrid system with all-wheel drive.
Cost and Availability
Carpoint already offers the Dacia Bigster Extreme TCE 130 4×4 with the Redust Offroad kit for a price of €36,290. This version is equipped with a 1.2-liter mild-hybrid engine producing 129 hp, which is combined with all-wheel drive and a six-speed manual transmission.
Individual Components
For Bigster owners who wish to upgrade their car gradually, individual components are available: the roof rack costs €999, aluminum side steps – €799, the hood scoop – €749. The set of 16-inch wheels will cost €1,699, while the sporty 20-inch wheels cost €1,999.
The emergence of such official tuning programs for budget models like the Dacia Bigster indicates growing demand for personalization in this market segment.
