In the center of Kyiv, at Bessarabka, a massive traffic jam formed due to an accident. Moreover, the cause of the congestion was not only the accident itself but also the subsequent fight between the drivers.
The video of the confrontation was published on the community page dtp.kiev.ua. Apparently, the drivers did not want to resolve everything amicably and started to sort things out with their fists. In the comments on the video, this was referred to as “processing the Europrotocol.”
