Recently, we have been hearing more and more about abandoned retro cars, which have considerable value. Just recently, in the USA, a whole hundred rare cars were uncovered, and now good news has come from France.
In a garage piled with sandbags, four beautifully preserved cars from the 1930s were discovered. Moreover, their total value exceeds one million euros. Three out of the four cars are Bugatti, with the most expensive being a Bugatti 57 Graber Cabriolet from 1937, valued at 600,000 euros.
A Bugatti 49 Van Vooren, Bugatti 40, and Citroen 5HP were also identified.
The car collection belonged to a Belgian sculptor. He did not drive the cars but studied them as works of art. They have remained untouched since the late 1950s. In February, the cars will be auctioned in Paris.
