Silver Cross and Lamborghini have joined forces to create a truly special baby stroller. It shows that even for the youngest passengers, a product can be made in the spirit of a real supercar. Only 500 such units are planned to be produced.
When Lamborghini Becomes a Family Car
If you have a small child and use a Lamborghini Urus for family trips, a logical question arises: what would an ordinary baby stroller look like next to such a car? Now this problem is solved. Silver Cross and Lamborghini have created a stroller that you won’t be ashamed to take out of the trunk even of the most luxurious SUV.
Luxury for the Few
This stroller is called the Reef AL Giallo, and its price reaches $4,999. It will be released in a limited edition of 500 units worldwide. For comparison, there will be even fewer of these strollers than new Revuelto SVs, so there is no doubt that the entire run will sell out very quickly.
By the way, Mercedes also once created a baby stroller that cost more than the author of this material’s first car.
Materials Like a Real Supercar
“A luxury item” and “part of the design heritage” — this is how the creators describe this model.
The stroller uses the same types of leather and suede as Lamborghini cars. All this is complemented by bright yellow stitching and piping. For the baby’s safety, there is a polycarbonate carrycot with ventilation, and its shape is inspired by the hood lines of modern Lamborghini models.
Attention to Every Detail
The stroller seat is made of high-quality suede and natural bamboo fibers. It features an embossed Y-shaped pattern. There is also a leather bumper, a hand-finished cast handle, and plenty of Lamborghini emblems. Even the brake pedal is inspired by the brand’s real car pedals.
Comfort and Equipment
To let the baby sleep peacefully during walks, the stroller has all-terrain wheels and a full suspension. The exposed yellow springs are particularly eye-catching. The set also includes two rain covers, a sun canopy, a cup holder, and a mosquito net. Each unit has a number plate that will be a great way to show off to other parents.
More Than Just a Baby Stroller
Such collaborations are not only about functionality but also about status. Luxury brands often create limited-edition accessories that emphasize belonging to a special community of owners. For Silver Cross, this is an opportunity to strengthen its position in the premium segment, and for Lamborghini, it’s a natural way to enter the client’s everyday life. The limited run and high price only add to the excitement, so such a stroller could well become not just a means of transporting a child, but also a collectible for many years.
