Exclusive V12 Titano by Eccentrica Promises an Even More Radical Diablo Restomod

New Version of the Restomodded Lamborghini Diablo

The Lamborghini Diablo remains an iconic supercar that continued the legacy of the Countach model. It was the brand’s last car before it was acquired by the Volkswagen Audi Group. Two years ago, a small company called Eccentrica decided to create 19 updated versions of the Diablo. Now they are preparing a new modification called Titano, which promises to be even more impressive.

The previous version of the restomod, known as the V12, received an updated chassis, a new double-wishbone suspension, active shock absorbers, and a number of body refinements. The engine remained almost unchanged – it’s the same 5.7-liter V12 that was installed on the original Diablos, with a power of 550 hp and a torque of 598 Nm. However, the Titano looks like an even more ambitious project.

Expected Titano Updates

According to reports, the new version will receive:

It sounds like we’re talking about a track version of the Diablo — and that’s exactly what it is.

The Titano presentation will likely take place at the auto show in Monterey, where the base V12 version debuted last year. However, it remains unclear whether all 19 orders have already been filled, or if the Titano is being created to attract additional clients. The company’s website is currently almost empty, which adds to the mystery of the situation.

Although the information about the updates seems plausible, it is worth noting that some details may change before the official announcement. The final specifications will be known later this month. The public’s reaction to this project will be interesting, as the market for such exclusive cars always remains niche.
