by A Tesla electric car caught fire while charging in Dnipro. The fire destroyed the garage and damaged part of the house.
Firefighters who arrived at the scene found that the garage and part of the first floor of the house were engulfed in flames. The area of the fire was about 70 square meters and it took an hour to extinguish.
The fire destroyed the Tesla and two more motorcycles in the garage. The stairwell, as well as the interior and exterior wall cladding, were also damaged. Fortunately, the homeowners were not injured, but two cats fell victim to the fire—they were poisoned by carbon monoxide.
