FIAT has introduced the new miniature electric loader Tris, which will become the brand’s most affordable model. The novelty was announced on the official website of the Stellantis concern. The model is designed for developing countries, but it may also appear in Europe.
FIAT Tris is a compact three-wheeled truck with a length of 3.17 meters and a plastic cabin. The vehicle will be available in several configurations: with a cargo platform, as a flatbed version, or as a bare chassis. The payload capacity is 540 kg, and the gross weight is 1025 kg.

The vehicle has no doors but is equipped with LED headlights, a digital instrument panel, a USB port, and a 3-liter glove compartment. Under the hood is an electric motor with a power of 12 hp and 45 Nm. The maximum speed is 45 km/h, and the turning diameter is only 6.1 meters.
The 6.9 kWh battery provides a range of up to 90 km. Charging from a standard power grid takes 4 hours and 40 minutes.

The price of the FIAT Tris is expected to be around 12,000 euros, making it one of the cheapest electric vehicles on the market.
There is no confirmation yet whether the FIAT Tris will be sold in Ukraine. However, given that Stellantis has already launched the Citroen Ami in our market, the appearance of the Tris also seems quite realistic.
