A very cool Rolls-Royce Cullinan was spotted in Kyiv. The luxurious crossover received tuning from Mansory, and there are only 13 such cars in the world. 
The price of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Mansory Billionaire Edition is $900,000 or 25 million hryvnias, which means it is twice as expensive as the standard model. It is definitely the most expensive crossover in Ukraine. 
The Mansory Billionaire Edition can be distinguished by the widebody kit and 22-inch wheels.
Surely, the interior has become even more luxurious. 
The power of the 6.75-liter V12 twin-turbo engine has been increased from 571 to 611 hp. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes 4.9 seconds, and the maximum speed has increased to 280 km/h.
