Glickenhaus Finally Unveils the Road Version of Its SCG 007s Race Car

The New Glickenhaus 007s: The Road Version of a Race Car

Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus has unveiled the road version of its race car—the 007s model. This hypercar inherits the sporting DNA of its track predecessor, making it unique among competitors.

Design and Technical Features

Externally, the 007s is nearly identical to the racing version, though slightly taller and narrower. The cabin has been significantly expanded to accommodate three seats—the driver is positioned in the center, with passengers on either side. Aerodynamic elements such as the front splitter and rear wing remain largely unchanged.

“This hypercar is built for driving, not luxury. There are no unnecessary comforts—just pure driving experience.”

The transmission is a seven-speed robotic manual, delivering 1000 Nm of torque to the rear wheels. Exact acceleration figures have not yet been disclosed, but with such weight and power, the 007s is expected to be incredibly fast.

The interior is minimalist: a carbon-fiber steering wheel, compact screens for key metrics. Forget comfort features like heated seats or a premium audio system—this car is for those who value a true sports experience.

The price and production numbers are still unknown, but SCG is expected to release this information soon. The presentation took place at Lake Como in Italy, where the car attracted the attention of exclusive car enthusiasts.

Glickenhaus continues the tradition of creating road versions of race cars, and the 007s is another example of how track technologies can be adapted for the road. It can be compared to legends like the McLaren F1 but with modern engineering solutions and a more aggressive design. The only question is whether there will be enough brave souls willing to drive such a car outside of racetracks.
