Updated 2026 Jeep Cherokee
Jeep has introduced the updated 2026 Cherokee model, which has become significantly larger than its predecessor and received a hybrid powertrain. This model demonstrates impressive fuel economy figures: 42 miles per gallon in the city, 33 on the highway, and 37 in the combined cycle.
Trim Details and Prices
The base Cherokee version starts from $35,000 and includes LED lighting, tinted rear windows, rain sensors, acoustic windshield, and 18-inch wheels. The interior features a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 infotainment system. There is also a leather-wrapped steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, a six-speaker audio system, and fabric seats with manual adjustment.
Even in the base trim, the model is equipped with numerous driver assistance systems, such as Active Driving Assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and collision warning.

Upgraded Versions
The Laredo trim is available from $38,595 and offers upgraded fabric seats, an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, heated front seats, remote start, and USB-C ports for rear passengers.
The Limited version for $41,095 adds a power liftgate, power-folding mirrors with turn signals, Capri leatherette seats with power adjustment, a heated steering wheel, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a universal garage door opener.

Top Trim Level
The top-tier Overland costs $44,595 and is distinguished by 20-inch wheels, a hands-free power liftgate, and an optional two-tone exterior in four combinations. The interior has 10-way adjustable seats with perforated upholstery, navigation, a panoramic sunroof, and a premium Alpine audio system with a subwoofer.
Technical Features
All models are equipped with a hybrid powertrain featuring a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine, a continuously variable transmission (CVT), two electric motors, and a 1.08 kWh lithium-ion battery. The total power output is 210 hp, and the torque is 230 lb-ft.
The configurator allows you to create the perfect variant, although the choice of options is limited, especially for lower trims. This model combines increased dimensions, eco-friendliness, and modern technologies, making it a competitor in the crossover segment.
